湘中国土环境整治研究

湘中国土资源丰富,是发展经济的重点开发区,但目前工业污染严重、森林植被破坏、水土流失加剧,生态系统自我调节的功能衰退,问题突出。针对这种现实,本文提出国土整治目标和整治的重点,并采取相应的整治政策和措施。

STUDY ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THE LAND ENVIRONMENT IN CENTRAL HUNAN

Rich in land resource, central Hunan is an important developing-znoe of economy, Recently, there are severe problems caused by industrial pollution, destroy of forest vegetation and erosion as well in this area. As a result, the ecological system there is lossing its function of self-regulating. According to such a situaion, some key-points and targets of the land environment have been put out. Appropriate policy and measurement which should be taken for this purpose have also been proposed in this study.
