山西太原晋祠断裂活动性的初步研究

摘    要:通过地质调查和地震活动性的研究,把晋祠断裂划分为2段:南西段长20km,为单断型,即由单条断裂组成,断裂在第四纪晚更新世至全新世期间活动强烈,以正倾滑运动为主兼有水平右旋扭动;北东段长5km为平行双断型,即由2条走向完全相同的阶梯状正断裂组合而成。位于盆地边缘的断裂,活动时代为中更新世,位于盆地内黄土台地前缘的断裂,活动时代为晚更新世,断裂的活动有向盆地内部迁移的趋势。

A Preliminary Study on Activity of Jinci, Taiyuan, Shanxi, Fault
Abstract:Based on geological survey and seismicity study, Jinci fault is divided into two segments: south-west and north-east segment. The south-west one ,20 km long, is a single fault, i.e consisting of one fault. It is active strongly in the time of the late Pleistocene epoch and of Holocene epoch of the Quaternary period, mainly in normal dip-slip accompanied by horizontal right lateral wrench movement. On the other hand, the north-east one, 5 km long, is a parallel double-fault, i.e. consisting of two normal ladder faults with the same trends. One, located along the edge of the basin is active during middle Pleistocene epoch ,And another, located along the front edge of loess bench terrace is active during late Pleistocene epoch. The activity of the fault has the trend to move towards interior of the basin.
