| 摘 要： | 通过对广西严重冷冬年前期关键区500hPa环流和海温场分析,找出可用来综合判别和预报广西严重冷冬的强信号,同时这些强信号的提前性表明,大尺度环流的异常对未来广西严重冷冬产生的强迫作用可提前1年-2年半.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of 500hPa circumfluence and SST in prior key area during the serious cold winter in Guangxi, the strong signals are found out to forecast the serious cold winter in Guangxi. The strong signals indicate that the forced action of the large-scale circumfluence anomaly to serious cold winter in Guangxi can bring forward one ~ two and a half years. |
