摘    要:在新疆木孜塔格蛇绿混杂岩的燧石中发现了早石炭世杜内晚期的放射虫化石,首次为这套蛇绿混杂岩提供了时代依据.结合在邻区的祁漫塔格和可可西里发现的放射虫,认为青藏高原北缘在早石炭世期间曾沿多处裂解.它们之间可能有狭窄的通道相连,是否构成统一的大洋尚待进一步研究.

Abstract:A radiolarian association in age of Late Tournaisian, Early Carboniferous, is found in a chert of Muztag ophiolitic melange, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It offers age data for this ophiolite for the first time. Combined with the radiolaria data found in the adjacent Qimantage and Hoh Xil areas, it is considered that the northern Qinghai Xizang Plateau has rifted at several places during Early Carboniferous. These places may have been connected by strait, but whether they form a unified open ocean is clarified by further work.
