| 摘 要： | 企业信息模型适用于指导企业信息系统建设，提高信息系统实施成功率。这里以人力资源管理中企业干部绩效考核系统为例，探讨了建立干部绩效考核系统信息模型的过程，给出了干部绩效考核系统的功能模型、信息模型和具体实现方法。
