几种药物对中国对虾卵子的消毒试验

本文试验了几种药物对中国对虾卵子表面细菌的杀灭力以及卵子对消毒药物的耐受力。试验结果表明，利用适当浓度的药物对卵子消毒可以消除病原体的来源和传播途径，减少对虾育期各种疾病的发生而又不致于对卵子的孵化率产生显著影响。

DISINFECTION TEST WITH SEVERAL DRUGS TO THE EGGS OF PENAEUS CHINENSIS

This paper studies the effects of disinfetioll with seyeral drugs to the cggs of Penaeus chinensis, including the killing power to bacteria adhering to the surface of the eggs as well as the endurance-resisting power of the eggs under disinfection with the drugs. It is shown by the experimental results that the disinfection with proper concentrations of the drugs to the eggs can eliminate the sources and spread ways of the pathogen so that yarious diseases can be reduced in the seed-breeding period of prawns without producing significant effect on the incubation rate of the eggs.
