岩锚吊车梁设计计算方法研究

摘    要:通过对现有岩锚梁设计计算方法的分析,指出了设计的基本假设中存在的缺陷,在原有研究的基础上,建立了综合考虑岩壁变形、锚杆变形和岩锚吊车梁变位的岩锚吊车梁设计计算方法。同时,建议了岩壁弹性抗力系数的取值方法,并采用数值方法模拟锚杆拉拔试验,建立了岩石锚杆水平弹性刚度系数的求算公式。最后,按一般方法和改进方法针对3个不同实例分别进行了计算,并与数值计算的结果进行了对比分析。

Abstract:The rigid ultimate equilibrium method is the common calculating method for rock-bolt crane girder design. A main shortcoming of this calculating method is that the common calculating method cannot consider the deformation of the structure and the action between the rock-bolt crane girder and rock wall. Based on the analysis of the common calculating method of rock-bolt crane girder, some problems of the design methods are identified; and a new calculating method for rock-bolt crane girder which has involved deformation of rock wall, deformation of rock bolt and displacement of the crane girder is established. Meanwhile, a method for determining the coefficient of elastic counter force of rock wall is suggested. And a formula for calculating the level elastic stiffness coefficient of rock bolt is also set up by utilizing numerical method to simulating the pull-out test for rock bolts. In the last part, three examples are calculated using the normal method and the new one; and the results are compared with those from the numerical method.
