河南小关低品位铝土矿矿物成分的扫描电镜研究

本文用扫描电子显微镜和能量色散谱仪对河南小关低品位铝土矿的主要矿物成分及其微观结构进行了观察分析,并与高品位铝土矿进行了比较,发现有如下特点:低品位铝土矿的矿物成分复杂,常见多种矿物共生;铝矿物主要为硬水铝石,晶体化程度较差,或晶形不完整,结构比高品位铝土矿致密;淋滤次生孔洞及结晶完好的次生软水铝石晶体较少。

Scanning Electron Microscope Study of the Mineral Compositions of Low-tenor Bauxites from the Xiaoguan Deposit, Henan

The main mineral compositions and microstructures of the low-tenor bauxites from the Xiaoguan deposit, Henan province have been studied with SEM and EDX. These bauxites have been compared with the high-tenor bauxites. It is considered from this that for the low-tenor bauxites the mineral compositions are more complex; several kinds of mineral association are common; the main aluminium mineral is diaspore, but it is lower in purity; the microstructure is more compact than that of the high-tenor bauxites. There are less secondary leaching holes; the crystallinity is also lower. It may be one of the reasons why the performance of technical processing for the low-tenor bauxites is less.
