摘    要:新疆托什干河1995年5月9日零点到2点,发生了50年一遇的特大洪水,对该河春季洪水进行了频率计算,查得此次特大洪水为180年一遇的春洪,这次特大洪水是典型的融雪洪流,在新疆河流春洪中具有代表性。

Abstract:A catastrophic flood occurred in the Tuoshikan river in xinjiang on May 9, 1995. A preliminary survey was made after the flood frequency show that it was a catastrophic spring flood occurring once every 180 years, and a typical snow-melt flood. A detailed analysis was carried out in this paper for the purpose of future scientific research and catastrophe protection. The causes of the flood are high air temperature and large amount of snow in the cold half-year. The flood period is 13 days which began from May 2 to May 14, 1995.Peak discharge of this flood is 1300m3 / s appeared at 0:00~ 2:00 am on May 9. Maximum discharge in every one day and in every three day are 8.26 x 107m3 and 2.373 x 108m3respectively which appeared on May 11 and from May 9 to May 11. The total flood discharge is 4.44 x 108m3. The characteristics of the flood are low peak, large discharge and obvious daily change on hydrograph. The time of flood peak is 12 hours later in accord with the time of maximum air temperature.
