| Abstract: | The function development of the talent exchange center of the universities is discussed from different aspects. It is believed that the talent exchange center is beneficial to the system reform of the higher education and the personnel management of the universities. Hence it is important to develop the function of the talent exchange center of the universities and to build up a talent internet system. |
