区域建设用地节约集约利用评价实证研究——以湖南省道县为例

随着当前社会的快速发展,建设用地有着举足轻重的作用。因此建设用地是否节约集约利用关系到城镇是否可持续发展。本文以湖南省道县为例,对区域建设用地节约集约评价进行实证研究,主要从道县的建设用地现状与人口经济的发展出发,通过定性与定量的方式对区域建设用地节约集约利用状况进行评价,并提出对策和建议。

An Empirical Study on the Evaluation of Regional Construction Land Saving and Intensive Use-Taking Daoxian of Hunan as an Example

With the rapid development of the current society, the construction land is very important. Therefore, whether the construction land is economical and intensive use is related to the sustainable development of cities and towns. Taking Daoxian of Hunan as an example, this paper makes an empirical study of regional construction land saving and intensive evaluation, mainly from the construction of Daoxian and the development of population and economy, by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis evaluate the saving and intensive of regional construction land, finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
