| 摘 要： | 目的:比较直接数字X线摄影(DR)和多排螺旋CT(MSCT)在骶椎骨折诊断中的准确性,并评价对临床治疗指导价值.资料与方法:回顾性分析50例骶椎骨折患者的DR和MSCT资料.DR观察正、侧位片;MSCT观察容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)和最大密度投影(MIP).在骶椎骨折诊断率、分类上进行比较并与手术结果对照....
