制约我国西部县域经济发展的主要因素及解决办法

我国西部地区资源丰富,地广人稀,但产业结构不合理,农业产业化水平低,城乡一体化进程缓慢,县域财力匮乏,从而导致其经济发展相对落后。在发展生态农业的基础上,大力发展农副特色产品的加工业,加强区域间联合,发展民营经济,加强教育和人力资源开发,是解决西部县域经济发展的基本对策。

The Main Factors Holding Back the Developing of County Economy in the West China and Their Countermeasures

With abundant resources and a small population in a large areas, the western rely mainly on farming and stock raising. Because the industrial structure is unreasonable, the agricultural industrialization level is low, and the process of integration in urban and rural areas is slow. The restriction with deficient financial resources of county areas causes the economic development relatively backward. On the basis of developing ecological agriculture, developing processing industry of the agriculture and agricultural by-products specialized vigorously, advancing the urbanization process in the urban and rural areas, strengthening the regional economic combination, developing private economy, and promoting educating and human resources exploitation are the basic countermeasures which guarantee the economic development of western county areas.
