摘    要:本文论述了单台单项目前兆信息水平低下的主要原因和提高途径,指出了可以开发利用的信息资源种类。根据系统工程学原理,提出应对异常信息作层次合成,认为进行四个层次的合成是必要的,且可基本满足要求,并给出各层次的具体合成表达式。对全县短水准作了两个层次合成计算,效果十分显著,层次合成是提高单台单项目前兆信息水平的一种经济而有效的方法。

Abstract:This paper discussed the main reason why the lower level of the precursory information of the single station and single project as well as the approach to improving it. And also pointed out the kinds of information sources which can be developed and utilized. According to the systematic engineering principle, authors here proposed that the abnormal information should be synthesized in layering, and authors consider that it would be necessary to synthesize four layerings, which can meet the demand basically and give the expression of particular synthesis of. each layering. Two layering synthesis computation on Jinxian short-levelling was made. The effect is quite obvious. The layering synthetics is an economic and effective method to improve the precursory information level of single station and single project.
