| Institution: | James Morgan is a hydrologist and lead engineer with The MITRE Corp., working in support of the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence at Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. He has worked as an environmental regulator, drilling and construction contractor, and as manager of commercial hazardous waste management facilities. He is active in professional organizations and is presently chairman of the American Society for Testing and Materials D 34.11 Waste Management Subcommittee on Site Remediation. |
