| 摘 要： | 结合宁波市基础地理信息系统的实际,指出了当前基础地理空间数据在为社会公众提供应用服务及其自身的数据库管理和数据更新等方面面临的多尺度问题和时态性问题,探讨了解决这些问题的方法,并提出了一些可行性建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the multi-scale and temporal issues in the application services for social public,database management and data updating of fundamental geographic spatial database combined with the construction of Ningbo geographic information system(NBGIS).It also discussed the methods to solve the issues and presented some feasible suggestions. |
