论广州市建设国际大都市大气环境质量控制

建设国际大都市要求有优美的环境和清新的空气，广州市与国际大都市比较还有较大差距。本文分析了影响广州市大气质量的重要因素和主要大气污染物的发展趋势，提出了控制广州市大气环境质量的对策。

CONTROL OF THE ATMODPHERIC ENVIRONMENT QUALITY OF GUANGZHOU

n 1992, the sovernment of GuangZhou set a Soal that in the coming fifteen yearsGuangZhou should attain modemiztion basicallyy while it being built into an internationalmetropolis with fine environment and fresh air. At present the atmospheric environment qualityin Guangzhou is not so good as that in many internatiotal mEtropolises of Asia. The main factorsimpairing the atmospheric evironmental quality of Guangzhou are traffic pollution, smoke pollution and suspended particle pollution.The Present sitUation of environmental quality of GuangZhOU is analysed in this paper . The author argues that if the investment in enviromental protection is not increased, by 2000 the atmospheric enwtonmental pollution of Guangzhou will not be controlled, and even will be more serious (except for TSP). Especially the traffic pollution will increase fast. For building the Guangzhou into an international metropolis, the author suggests: increase the investment in enwtonmental Protection and control of pollution raise the efficiency of energy use make an ecologiCal planning for the City improve the Structure of energy consumption carry out the united poWer supply in the industrial area adJUSt the industrial struture perfect the lasw and regulations of city administration increase main traffic roads and total area of roads develop Public traffic encergetically strengthen annula examination of autominbile and traffic control and make full use of the capacity of natural purificaiton .
