区域循环经济的能值分析与评估——以徐州市为例

循环经济是区域实现向可持续发展转型的重要模式.基于能值分析理论,构建了区域循环经济能值分析指标体系,并以此对1991-2004年徐州市的能值使用与转移情况进行了深入分析.结果表明,1991-2004年徐州市经济社会发展主要依赖于本地不可更新资源的利用,能值自给率都在98%以上;资源利用效率呈现先提高后下降的演变过程,具有明显阶段性特征;环境压力的变化与经济增速的周期性波动相一致,并呈现波浪式加大;徐州市循环经济系统处于比较有活力的发展状态区间,但持续性能力逐渐减弱.

On Evaluation of Circular Economic Development Based on the Emergy Theory——A Case of Xuzhou

Circular economy is an important pattern for the region to realize the transition of sustainable development.The paper constructs the index system of emergy analysis of regional circular economy on the base of emergy analysis theory.And the paper thoroughly analyses the use and transition of energy in Xuzhou City from 1991 to 2004.The analysis reveals four results.The development of economy and society in Xuzhou City mostly depends on the utilization of the local non-renewable resource from 1991 to 2004.And its self-support ratio of emergy is above 98%.The utilization ratio of resource shows the evolvement process of improving at first and dropping later and has the phase character.The change of environment press is consistent with the periodic fluctuation of economic increasing speed and presents the waving increase.The circular economy system in Xuzhou City is in more emergic developing situation,but the sustainable capability gradually weakens.
