| 摘 要： | El Nino, Anti-El Nino and normal years are defined in this paper according to time-de-pendent variations of El Nino and Southern Oscillation index. Statistics and analyses have been made of hydrological observation data related to 137°E section (34°N-l°S) from 1967 to 1983.
