| Abstract: | There contains abundant sand and stone resources in east Dongting Lake. The exploiting for the sand and stone resources has experienced a very difficult developing process before gradually normalizing from disorder to order. Practice proved that is especially important for us to administer the ore resources by new approaches and new ways in market economy basing on persisting in treatment mineral resources by laws. |
