三疣梭子蟹死因探讨

本文报道海捕三疣梭子蟹暂养中出现大量死亡的原因。电镜观察结果表明，死蟹的肝脏和肌肉组织中有大量的弧菌寄生，鳃组织中未见弧菌，但附着有枪蟹茗荷儿Ｏｃｔｏｌａｓｍｉｓｌｏｗｅｉ，加上暂养环境条件和其原海洋生态环境的不同是造成其死亡的主要原因。

Studies on the causes of death of Portunus trituberculatus (Miers)

This paper gives an account of the death of a huge number of Portunus trituberculatus (Miers)which were caught from the East China Sea and cultivated in ponds for a short time. The results of TEM detection showed that there were abundant Vibrios in the liver and muscle tissures of the P. trituberculatus, but no Vibrios appeared in thier gill. There was also a lot of Octolasmis lowei epiphytes on thier gill. Besides, the conditions of the short-duration cultivation ponds and thier oceanic ecological environment might be different. These might be the main causes of thier death.
