宝天高速公路牛背至天水段沿线居民生活质量

通过对宝天高速公路牛背至天水段居民生活质量的问卷调查,借助SPSS13.0统计分析软件,运用主成分分析计算沿线居民生活质量综合得分,然后选用调查项目中的4个指标,用多元线性回归的方法,建立生活质量与指标间的函数关系,并对各指标的影响程度进行分析,以揭示影响生活质量的主要因素。

Total economic value assessment of the eco-environment protection along Baotian highway

The Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) is a direct interview approach that can be used to provide acceptable measures of the economic value of recreation opportunities as well as preservation of natural resources.This latter use is unique to contingent valuation.Contingent valuation methods use simulated(hypothetical) markets to identify values similar to actual markets.In this paper,the authors take it as a tool to assess the total economic value of protecting the ecological environment along the Baotian highway.Through the way of Payment Card we designed 320 questionnaires to investigate the households' willing to pay for the project which about preserving the ecological environment along the highway of Baotian.The results indicates that: during the period of building the Baotian highway,some measures should be taken to maintain the ecological environment what it is 84.33% of the households would like to pay for the protection of the environment.Analysis of the payment card data shows that willingness to pay(WTP) for the project is 62.17 Yuan RMB per household per year and the total economic value for preservation of the ecological environment along the high way of Baotian is 5 781 756 Yuan RMB.The survey shows that the finish of a Contingent valuation is a formidable task.The core issue is that the informants'WTP could be different from the actual payment.In the process of designing questionnaire and investigation,whatever measures were done to reduce the difference,however,the result is still an approximation.Therefor,and attention should be paid to comparison between the analysis results of CVM and that of other methods in the future to open out its dependability in China.
