水文地质研究现状与展望

我国的水文地质专业是在建国初期逐步建立发展起来的。70年代以来,吸收了欧美国家的一些新理论、新技术,业务领域不断拓展,技术和理论水平明显提高,为国家建设和城市发展做出了重大贡献。但是,在当前社会主义市场经济大潮的冲击下,专业的发展正面临严重困难和挑战。一方面,由于传统业务的萎缩和市场竞争的加剧,迫使许多水文地质专业人员转向岩土工程和其他领域,进而影响了专业理论和技术的发展与进步;另一方面,与地下水勘查、开发、利用、管理和保护有关的水文地质问题日益突出,迫切需求专业理论的延伸发展和技术进步给予解决。作者就我国水文地质研究现状做简要回顾与分析,并对今后发展方向进行探讨。

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND PROSPECTS OF HYDROGEOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Our country's hydrogeological profession was formed gradually and developed in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Since the 1970s some new theories and techniques of Europe-America have been absorbed. Professional field has been expanded incessantly. The technical and theoretical level raised obviously, it has made the great contributions to our country's construction and cities' development. But in the shock of tide of socialist market economy, the development of profession is faced with the critical difficulty and challenge. One side, many personnels in a specific field of hydrogeology have compelled to turn to the geotechnical engineering and other fields by the reduction of traditional professional work and the sharpening of market competition, and then interfered with development and advance of professional theory and technique; other side, the hydrogeological problems related to the groundwater exploration, development and utilization, management and protection are becoming increasingly acute, these problems have to solve through the infiltration and development of professional theory and technical advance. The present situation of hydrogeological research has been briefly reviewed and analysed. And then the future development orientation has been approached in this paper.
