| Abstract: | Making use of the manner of Z index , we delimited the dryness and wetness grade series. According to more than 50 meterological stations's precipitation data in the past 45 years , the paper analysed the frequency characteristic that drought and flood changed with space-time in Huanghuai Plain. |
