| 摘 要： | 扫描质子探针是近年发展起来的微区分析、痕量元素分析和元素空间分布分析手段。本文简要介绍扫描质子探针的方法原理、特点、实验装置及其应用,特别指出了在地学研究领域中的应用前景。
