岩溶地区桩基施工溶洞处理技术以吉安永和大桥桩基施工为例

摘    要:在岩溶地区进行桩基施工时溶洞的处理是桩基施工成功与否的关键因素。本文系统总结了溶洞对桩基的影响、溶洞处理的一般原则和处理方法的选择依据,并结合江西吉安某大桥项目的工程地质条件和周边环境等,综合考虑工程安全、质量、工期、成本等多方面因素,选择最佳的溶洞处理施工方案。该方案在实践中很好地防止了周边地面沉降过大,保证了孔壁稳定性,提高了成桩质量,同时也为今后类似项目的溶洞处理提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Karst cave disposing is crucial for pile foundation construction in karst area. This paper systematically summarizes the influence of Karst cave to pile foundation, the principle of Karst cave disposing and the basis on selection of disposal methods. As an example, the pile foundation construction of the Yonghe Bridge in Ji'an City, is taken to show how to choose the optimal strategy in practical projects. The geologic conditions, surrounding environments, and project issues(safety, quality, construction schedule and costs) are taken into account. The scheme in practice shows good results in preventing large ground subsidence, ensuring the stability of hole wall, and improving the quality of the piles. The study provides a reference for the similar projects of Karst cave treatment in the future.
