摘    要:
本文提出了一种新的基于离散小波框架(DWF)变换和融合策略的海天背景下小目标检测的方法。首先,对海天背景下红外图像序列进行预处理,其目的是为了在一定程度上抑制海浪杂波和背景;其次,对预处理后的每帧图像作二维离散小波框架(2-D DWF)变换,并将得到的近似频带成分用于目标检测;最后,利用基于目标运动的连续性的融合策略去除绝大部分多余的杂波和虚警,同时利用基于目标和背景杂波的对比度分割算法用于提取目标;真实的海天背景红外序列用来验证本文提出算法的有效性。
