| Abstract: | This paper describes a try of remote sensing of cross sectional wind rate by using the frequency specturm property of laser atmospheric scintillation and its theoretical basis and experimental aparatus. Simutaneously, five wind rate meters are evenly placed on the path of laser beam for practical measurement. The results of both methods are well coincided. |
