| Abstract: | Beginning from the migration property of the leaking oil and its products in various lithological aeration zones and in groundwater as well as the oil pollution accidents at home and abroad,in view of the problems on safety construction of urban underground oil depots(tanks), the technical measures for preventing leakage of oil depots(tanks)abroad and the economical and effective safety measures for leakage prevention adopted in Beijing area of our country are introduced in this paper for popularization and application. |
