摘    要:针对黔北镇隆煤矿勘探中钻遇由断层角砾和煤层叠加在一起的复杂地层,钻具难以通过的问题,综合分析了地层的特征和复杂程度,探讨采用聚丙烯酸钾钻井液进行护孔。通过对2个钻孔使用聚丙烯酸钾钻井液的探索试验,表明所采用的聚丙烯酸钾钻井液具有良好的性能,对孔壁的缩径垮塌有良好的抑制作用,可减少孔内事故发生率,满足了该矿区复杂煤系的钻探要求。

Application of potassium polyaacrylate drilling fluid in Zhenlong coal mine,Guizhou
Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties of drilling the complex formation with supersition of fault breccia and coal seam during exploration in Zhenlong mine, the characteristics and complexity of the formation were comprehensive analyzed, and potassium polyacrylate drilling fluid was used to protect the hole wall. Through the exploration of using the potassium polyacrylate drilling fluid in two boreholes, it indicated that the potassium polyacrylate drilling fluid had good performance, moderate viscosity, reasonable filtration, and it could form a thin and dense mud cake, and has strong adaptability. This drilling fluid plays a good role in preventing the hole wall from shrinkage and collapse, and it can reduce the hole accident rate and improve the drilling efficiency.
