The problem of the origin of the centrifugal force according to Mach's principle

It is shown in this paper that it is possible to relativize the rotative motion of a rigid body in such a manner that, without any other than apparent kinematic superluminal velocities, an explanation can be given of the origin of the centrifugal, Coriolis and Euler forces, which is completely consistent with Mach's principle.
