This paper demonstrates the necessity of offshore testing field construction as well as related standard certification and technological development based on analyzing the state-of-the-art of marine technologies, before presenting a comparison and summary of the development status of marine technologies in China and overseas. Aimed at meeting the demands of ocean instrument technological development and industrialization, this paper focuses on the tendency analysis of marine standard certification and testing field technologies in the future.
