| Abstract: | It is supposed that solar rays are incident uniformly on the top of a plane-parallel, anisotropically scattering, and homogeneous atmosphere, whose bottom is bounded by a specular reflector. An initial-value solution for the scattering and transmission functions is obtained, starting with an auxiliary equation. Some results of numerical experiments for given optical parameters are presented in Figures. |
