煤炭液化在中国的发展前景

摘    要:易于气化制备合成气(CO+H2)的价格低廉的煤,都可以作为间接液化用原料煤。H/C原子比较高、挥发份较高、惰性组分含量和灰分较低的褐煤、长焰煤、不粘煤、弱粘煤等是适宜直接液化煤种。中国自主开发的“神华煤直接液化工艺”由下列成熟单元组成:全部供氢性循环溶剂制备煤浆、强制循环悬浮床反应器、减压蒸馏分离沥青和固体、强制悬浮床加氢反应器。该工艺采用的催化剂是国家“863”项目研制成功的性能优良的催化剂。

Abstract:.Low-cost coal that is easily gasified for producing synthetic gas (CO+H(2)) can be used to feed coal for indirect liquefaction. Lignite, long flame coal, non-caking coal and weakly caking coal with higher ratio of atomic hydrogen to atomic carbon, higher volatile matter, lower inert component content and lower ash are suitable for direct liquefaction. The Direct Liquefaction Process of Shenhua Coal developed by Chinese scientists consists of the following units:(1)coal slurry preparation unit with the recycled hydrogen donor solvent; (2)suspension bed reactor of forced recycle;(3)separating unit of asphalt and solid by decompression and distillation; and(4)suspension bed reactor of forced hydrogenation. The catalyst used in this process is high quality catalyst also developed by Chinese scientists supported by the project of Hi-tech Research and Development Program of China (Program 863).
