摘    要:在工业生产中,常常需要储存氯气、氨、甲烷、硫化氢等危险性气体,这些物质易燃易爆、有毒有害,一旦泄漏,将污染环境,并对周围居民带来危害。本文运用ArcEngine9.3作为GIS组件,用高级语言C#.NET,利用高斯模型算出事发地点周围一定区域规则格网内格网格点的浓度值,利用等值线算法在GIS电子地图上动态模拟某泄漏气体在某扩散时刻的警戒、危险和致死区域,并自动查询和统计警戒区域内受影响的单位和重要设施等,为事故发生后的应急决策和救援行动等提供技术支持和信息支持。

Abstract:In industrial production and transportation,some hazardous gases,such as chlorine,ammonia,methane,hydrogen sulfide,need to be stored.Those gases are commonly inflammable,explosive and harmful.Once leaked,they bring extreme disasters to habitants and environment all around.Firstly,based on Gaussian Model,this paper used ArcEngine9.3 to calculate all the grid points’ concentrations in certain areas around the accident spot by a program with C#.NET language.Then the leakage and diffusion situation was predicted and analyzed by means of Isoclines Algorithm.Alerting zones,dangerous areas and lethal regions could be presented dynamically on electric maps of GIS every now and then.In addition,houses,facilities and so on affected in the alerting zones were able to be inquired and calculated automatically at any moment or in any period of time.This method which offers technical and informational supports to emergency decisions and rescue operations would have a practical significance.
