台湾居民休闲消费潜力综合测度及系统评估研究

通过构建指标体系以及测度和评估模型，并采集1998—2017年相关统计数据，对台湾居民休闲消费潜力进行综合测度和系统评估。研究发现：第一，休闲消费环境对台湾居民休闲消费潜力影响相对较大，其中文化与休闲活动参与尤为关键；第二，台湾居民休闲消费潜力总体保持梯度上升态势，潜力等级已跃升至中高水平；第三，台湾居民休闲消费支出指数和休闲消费环境指数显著提升，子系统指数等级在时间分布上存在明显差异；第四，耦合度分析认为，台湾居民休闲消费潜力子系统及要素之间存在较强的相互作用；协调度分析进一步发现，台湾居民休闲消费潜力始终处于协调阶段且协调等级稳步上升。

Study on comprehensive measurement and systematic evaluation of Taiwan residents' leisure consumption potential

Based on the analysis of the factors of leisure consumption potential system, this paper constructs the measurement and evaluation model, and collects the relevant data from 1998 to 2017 to comprehensively measure the leisure consumption potential of Taiwan residents. Meanwhile, from the perspective of coupling and coordination, this paper studies the leisure consumption potential of Taiwan residents.The main conclusions are as follows: First, the leisure consumption environment has a relatively large impact on the leisure consumption potential of Taiwan residents, and the participation of culture and leisure activities is particularly critical. Second, the comprehensive measurement results show that the leisure consumption potential of Taiwan residents generally maintains a gradient upward trend, and the potential level has jumped to a medium-high level. Third, the subsystem measurement found that the leisure consumption expenditure index and the leisure consumption environment index of Taiwan residents increased significantly, and the subsystem index grades had significant differences in time distribution. Fourth, The coordination degree analysis further finds that the leisure consumption potential of Taiwan residents is always in the stage of coordinated development and the coordination level is steadily increasing.
