江苏省城乡统筹的空间格局分析

现代城市与乡村通过多要素相互联系与相互作用,客观上构成了一个复杂的社会经济地域系统。在系统分析城乡关系的基础上,以指标体系的形式和层次分析方法,分析江苏13个地级市域的城乡统筹分布特征:1)全省城乡统筹度自南向北递减;2)全省三大区域城乡统筹空间格局呈“哑铃”状;3)全省13个市域城乡统筹度按各市域的经济实力排列,呈现“U”型变化规律;4)影响全省城乡统筹的因素集中表现为区域发展政策、大城市的辐射带动、乡村经济的不断增长、外来投资的地区倾向、城乡居民对平等的追求,城乡基础设施建设成为全省城乡统筹发展的平台。

Study on the Spatial Structure of Planning Overall Cities and Countryside and Its Formation Mechanism in Jiangsu Province

The relationship of city and countryside is a focus for regional research for a long time.They consist of two sub-systems of region by the interrelation and interaction of multi-element.This paper devises evaluating index system with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and educes the spatial distributing structure by SPSS 7.0.The spatial disparity of this developmental level is large and it shows diminishing from southern zonal area to northern zonal area.The dumbbell shape is showed in the three region of Jiangsu Province.The paper analyses this distributing based on economy and its development presents U mode.The influencing factors include the government's policy,the large city's influence,the countryside's economic development,and the foreign capital's impact,etc.
