| 摘 要： | 石油天然气资源是国民经济的命脉，中国西北的油气资源对保障国家能源安全有重要意义。然而，“碳中和、碳达峰”带来经济社会的系统性变革，能源结构调整首当其冲。中国西北油气地质工作面临保障国家能源安全和实现能源结构调整的双重挑战，公益性油气地质调查作为国家能源体制改革的先行军，需要提出可持续发展的长远战略。笔者系统回顾了西北油气资源调查研究历史，梳理了主要含油气盆地的资源成藏规律，重点介绍了银额盆地油气地质调查、渭河盆地氦气资源调查等公益性工作的最新进展，提出了“十四五”公益性多能源综合调查评价的建议。

| Abstract: | Oil and gas resources in Northwest China as the lifeblood of the national economy and resources play an important role in national energy security. However, "carbon neutral" and "emission peak" brings about systemic changes in the economy and society including the dramatic adjustment of energy structure. The geological work of petroleum resources in Northwest China is faced with the dual challenges of ensuring national energy security and realizing the adjustment of energy structure. In this paper, the history of oil and gas resource investigation in Northwest China is reviewed and the rules of resource accumulation in major petroliferous basins are summarized. The latest progress of public work is highlighted, such as the geological survey of petroleum resources in the Yin'e Basin and the survey of helium resources in Weihe Basin. Suggestions of the public survey are provided about multi-energy comprehensive investigation and evaluation in the 14th five-year Plan. |
