广西2004年气候特点及其影响评价

2004年(1～12月)广西平均气温偏高,降水量偏少,日照时数偏多。降水时空分布不均,大部地区出现严重冬春连旱和秋旱,部分地区出现不同程度的暴雨洪涝灾害。另外,霜(冰)冻、低温阴雨、强对流天气、高温天气、寒露风、寒潮等也造成了不同程度的影响。2004年没有热带气旋影响广西。气候对农业的影响有利有弊,对水电的影响属偏差年景,对交通运输、盐业的影响属偏好年景。
