大直径加重管组合绳索取心钻具研究与应用

新型能源勘探与常规矿产资源勘探的要求有所不同,其主要特征是孔深、直径大、地层复杂、工程精度要求高,而小口径绳索取心钻进工艺技术已难以满足新型能源勘探的要求。为了解决这一问题,本次研究在小口径绳索取心钻具的基础上加以改进,研发了一种大直径加重管组合绳索取心钻具,并在浙江临安页岩气勘探区块钻探中应用,解决了大直径深孔取心效率问题,取得了良好的效果。该钻具具有孔底加压、工作稳定、保直防斜、冲洗液上返阻力小,一次性成孔等特点,对深孔大直径绳索取心钻探技术的探索研究具有一定的指导和启迪作用。本文重点介绍了该钻具设计思路和方案,钻具结构作用原理和主要技术参数及应用情况。

Research and application of a combined large-diameter wire line drilling tool with a heavy pipe

Compared with the conventional mineral resource exploration, new energy resource exploration owns different characteristics such as deeper boreholes, large diameters, complex formations, and high engineering precision required. The existing small-diameter wire line coring drilling technology cannot meet these requirements. In order to solve this problem, we have developed a combined large-diameter wire line drilling tool with a heavy pipe to improve the small diameter wire line drilling tool. This new drilling tool has been applied to shale gas exploration in Lin''an City, Zhejiang province, which solved the efficiency problem of large-diameter deep hole coring, and achieved good results. This drilling tool has a series of advantages, such as pressurized at the bottom of the hole and working steadily, ensuring drilling perpendicularity, smaller drilling fluid return resistance, and completing the borehole one time. This new drilling tool can shed light on further development of large-diameter wire-line coring drilling technology. This paper presents the design idea and scheme, the structural principle and main technical parameters of the drilling tool and its application situation.
