| Abstract: | Based on experiences of highway engineering project construction under different management modes, this paper analyzed gain and loss of traditional highway engineering project management mode and advantage of general design-construction contract, and thought the latter better for ensuring the quality of design and construction, effective for controlling cost, promoting strategic reorganization of highway surveyor and designer and constructor, and improving international competitiveness. |
