| Abstract: | The fossil plants dealt with in the paper were collected from Wu-chang formation in south-eastern Hubei province.This flora comprises 56 species belonging to 32 genera. All of them were collected from Wuchang formation in Jinshandian, Dayc County. One species of them is new, namely Cte-nozanitss stomatigerns ( sp. nov. ) . The characteristics of Wuchang formation flora have been discussed. Wuchang formation is proved to be the Farly Jurassic in age. |
