气象报文编发监控报警系统设计

为提高气象报文的编发质量和时效,研制了新乡市气象报文编发监控报警系统。该系统包括气象报文数据库设计、智能语音报警、编发报文、查询报文4个功能模块。通过编发报文模块,预报员能迅速编写气象报文,并自动完成报文的上传和下发;系统具有一定纠错能力,还可对发出的气象报文自动登记备案。
