摘    要:为在运行中检测管道的腐蚀、结垢情况,扫描仪必须小而轻屏蔽良好。设计仅用了300mCi Csl37源,重量9Kg,检测器用侧窗式光电倍增管,以减小对被测管道周围空间的要求,用不完全重建减少采样时间,用两维Laplace零交叉作图像处理,以提高管道壁厚检测精度,从而在运行中现场检测的取得良好效果。

Abstract:In order to detect the eroding and incrustation of the petrochemical pipe during operation in fieldwork, the scanner must be small and light, and has good shielding. In the design the gamma ray source of 300 mci Cs is used ,and the detectors of photomultiplier with side window are used to reduce the space around the pipe. The method of two dimensional Laplace zero cross is used for image processing to enhance the detecting accuracy of thickness of pipe. The good results of detection in fieldwork are obtained smoothly.
