山东省耕地资源面积与利用效益变化的经济分析

1990—2003年14年间,山东省耕地逐年减少,这种耕地面积的变化与经济发展相关。根据耕地产出效益系数、耕地消耗回报系数、耕地污染替代系数和耕地利用集约化系数4个指标对14年来耕地利用效益的定量分析,建议山东省应最大限度地保护耕地和提高土地生产力。

Empirical Study on Cultivated Land Areas and Utilization Benefit Variation in Shandong Province

Land area have been decreasing in recent 14 years in Shandong province,which have relation with economy development.According to output benefit coefficient,consumption and return coefficient,population and substitution coefficient and intensive cultivation coefficient,quantitative analysis of cultivated land utilization benefit in recent 14 years has been carried out.It is suggested that land resource should be protected and land productivity should be promted in maximum.
