| 摘 要： | 我国按传统模式自建的矿山，日渐显露出资源枯竭所带来的弊端。中国长城铝业公司矿山公司积极探索新模式办矿，即国有企业和地方联办铝矿，适应了社会主义市场经济的要求。本文从１０个方面归纳了其创新优势，并对巩固和发展新模式办矿提出了建议。
