钠长阳起片岩用于硅酸盐水泥生产的试验研究

摘    要:钠长阳起片岩用于硅酸盐水泥生产具有液相出现早、物料反应能力强、可降低烧成温度等优点,可全部或绝大部分取代粘土、助熔剂、矿化剂以及铁矿石等配料,从而收到节能降耗、稳定和提高水泥质量、保护生态环境、节约矿产资源等方面的效果。由于其组成矿物与水泥石成分相近,且具有径长比较小等特点,当用做非活性混合材时,可起到结晶中心和“加筋”等协同增强作用,掺入量可达15~30%;生产的钠长阳起片岩混合水泥具有早强性能。

Abstract:Application of albite-actinolite-schist to producing silicate cement can make the product superior in its early appearance of liquid phase, intensive reaction of materials and lowering processing temperature. Some burdens, such as clay, smelter flux, mineralizer and iron ore can be substituded wholly or mostly by it, so that some effects can be achieved in lowering consumption, improvement of quality of cement, protection of ecologic environment and saving mineral resources.Because of almost similar mineral components between albite-actinolite-schist and cement and their shorter radial length, albite-actinolite-schist can be used as inactive mixed materials, taking effect of crystallization centre and" strengthened sinews" in product. The mixed amount can be up to 15~30%. The cement mixed with albite-actinolite-schist is characterized by fast strengthenning.
