真菌孢子烷烃生物标志物特征及其热演化试验的初步研究

摘    要:以一种类似地层中无孔多胞孢的现代真菌链格孢属孢子为样品,研究真菌孢子的原生烃烷烃馏分生物标志物及其热解生烃特征。实验结果表明,真菌孢子样品原生烃类的烷烃馏分,主要由正烷烃、异构烷烃和链烯烃相成。正烷烃约占抽提物总量的0.18%、nC19,烷占正烷烃总量的24.1%。

Abstract:In this paper,we have studied the characteristics of biomarker and thermal degradation of fungi spore-Arternaria similar to multicellasporites in strata Original alkanes fraction consists of n-and iso-alkanes and chain alkenes The content of n-alkane components,of which 24.1% are n-nonadecane,is about 0.18% of total extracts Total chain alkene and iso-alkane components make up 48.5% and 70.2% total n-alkane components,respectively.The results of thermal simulation experiments show that n-alkanes from Arternaria samples in thermal degradation are principally composed of light components.In immature and low mature stage,C 17 bicyclic sesquiterpenes and C 28 steradienes are the dominant components in alkane fraction from Arteraria.In normal maturation stage,alkane fraction from Arternaria is characterized by the fact that peak carbon is nC 15 and steranes ratio C 29 /(C 27 +C 28 +C 29 ) is about 0.5.The mechanism of thermal alteration of C 28 steradienes is probably different from that of C 28 sterenes
