| 摘 要： | 讨论了法院信息系统中的电子文档安全性问题.针对传统印章的易伪造性弊端,通过将密码签名原理和数字水印技术应用于电子印章之中,并结合COM插件技术实现了机密文档的防篡改功能、身份认证功能及不可否认性功能.

| Abstract: | The security of the electronic document insurance of the court information system is discussed. In order to avoid forgery problem used in the traditional seal the electronic seal embedded with cipher signature and digital watermark are brought forward. The com addin is combined to prevent the secret document from the illegal modification and realizes the function of identity authentication and non-repudiation |
