非开挖铺管钻机工况参数检测仪的设计与实现

摘    要:在非开挖水平定向钻进施工中,实时、准确地掌握钻机工况参数及参数的变化趋势对施工有重要意义,但钻机上的传统仪表不能满足这种要求。非开挖钻机工况参数检测仪运用LabVIEW8.5虚拟仪器程序开发平台,通过USB数据采集卡、串口和6个传感器,分别对施工时钻机的回转压力、给进、泥浆压力、转速、钻速和泥浆流量进行测量,最终实现对这6个工况参数进行实时检测、实时显示、超限报警和数据保存与回放的功能。

Abstract:It’s of significance to gain real-time rig construction data accurately in HDD, but the traditional meters in the rig can not meet this requirement. HDD rig construction data detector was designed on the basis of LabVIEW8.5, which contained USB DAQ card, serial and six sensors to measure rotary pressure, thrust and pullback pressure, mud pressure, rotary speed, drilling speed and mud flow respectively and finally achieved the function of real-time condition data detection, real-time display, alarm, data save and data playback. The success of these functions can guide the construction’s operation and greatly raise construction efficiency.
